Outlook 2010 Calendar not displaying correctly
Outlook 2010 calendar is not displaying anything - no dates or appointments for my exchange account.
I have tried setting up new user, deleting the .pst file, running outlook /resetnavpane, /cleanviews, turned off all the Add-ins and MSOCAT - no difference in behaviour.
Only solution so far is running in Safe mode - then the calendar dates display is fine and all appointments are shown?
Any Ideas?

Single Mailbox for all account

I am using Outlook 365 and have configured 4 different <g class="gr_ gr_12 gr-alert gr_gramm gr_inline_cards gr_run_anim Grammar multiReplace" data-gr-id="12" id="12">mailbox</g> under the same. <g class="gr_ gr_16 gr-alert gr_spell gr_inline_cards gr_run_anim ContextualSpelling multiReplace" data-gr-id="16" id="16">Everytime</g> I have to <g class="gr_ gr_13 gr-alert gr_spell gr_inline_cards gr_run_anim ContextualSpelling ins-del" data-gr-id="13" id="13">goto</g> separate Inbox and see the emails.
I can see there is an option in <g class="gr_ gr_14 gr-alert gr_gramm gr_inline_cards gr_run_anim Grammar only-ins replaceWithoutSep" data-gr-id="14" id="14">mobile</g> app to see all inbox at one. So is this possible to have the same thing in Outlook 365 as well.

Why I get CRC error when copying outlook.ost file?
My workstation is using NTFS, Outlook 2007 with Exchange 2007 server.
My outlook.ost file is 1.7GB.
As my Outlook runs into problem, I tried to copy the outlook.ost file to another location for repair, but I keep getting CRC errors and the file was not copied.
I also tried to use winrar to compress it and it runs into the same CRC error.
Q#1. What causes this CRC error? hard disk error or software?
Q#2. How to repair such CRC error?

How to convert DBX to PST File Format?
Hey folks..!
I needed to convert my DBX to PST format. Actually I have switched to a new company where I'm using MS Outlook. By at my previous work, I used Outlook Express. Now I need to access my old but crucial emails here in my new email client which is MS Outlook. I searched a lot on the Internet, but I found that the DBX files cannot be directly imported to MS Outlook as it may harm them. What I'm searching now is a manual trick that can help me import my DBX files to MS Outlook. If no manual trick is available, please suggest me some third-party tools (freeware or paid).

Missing appointments/meetings
I have been missing all my appointments and meetings over the past month. I dont know what has changed. My boss sends me meeting invites and they are in my calendar, but i am missing them over and over and over. Is there a way for me
to be sure that my Windows 10/Outlook 2019 computer will not let me miss meetings anymore? Please help!!! What are the best practices/settings for getting reminded that you have an important meeting coming up.

Oulook 2016 Contacts Shows AutoComplete Contacts
I was surprised to see that Outlook 2016 was showing Autocomplete contacts in the Contacts section of Outlook. I confirmed that these contacts were indeed Autocomplete contacts by deleting them, and seeing if they showed up in the Autocomplete while creating an email.
My question is how do I turn off viewing Autocomplete contacts in the Contact section of Outlook? It's distracting when a regular contact is already in Contacts for the person.

Email will not delete from Deleted Items Folder on Outlook 2010
Outlook 2010 - I have one email (spam) that I cannot get deleted from my Deleted Items folder. I can move it to another
folder and it will delete and be moved back to the deleted folder, but will not delete from the deleted folder. Subsequently I can't select all and delete everything from that folder; must hold control and select all other items to delete and then hit delete.
How do I get rid of this one spam e-mail that will not delete?? When I try to delete it, I get the message, “An error occurred in the underlying security system. An internal error occurred”

Outlook.com (Web version) Editing Account Region settings?
Once my Outlook.com (web version) is setup, is there a way to go back to theAdd Details page like the one shown from my image during the first time Outlook.com account creation? I am going to move to a different location and I need to change my Country/Region.
Is there any way to have this exact Add Details page appear again without creating a new Outlook.com account?

Outlook 365 2016 Trusted Platform Module error code 80090016
I have quite a few machines where after launching Outlook and trying to authenticate, they get a "something went wrong" error that Trusted Platform Module has malfunctioned, error code 80090016. The server message is "Keyset does not exist Keyset does not exist".
If different users log in on the same computers, their Outlooks functions properly. So I assume it's something just in those users' profiles, but I'd prefer not to delete the users' profiles if there is a fix that could be done to each instead.
Anyone know how to fix this without completely deleting the user profile off the machine?

Message in Outlook 2016 is too wide (Does not fit within reading pane)
Hi,
In Outlook 2016 my emails are not readable within the reading pane which requires me to scroll right on many of my email messages. I have tried setting IE as my default web browser and opening the webpage and it worked briefly but went back to the wide message format. The most recent conversation on this issue was in 2015 so hoping to learn of a better solution. My resolution is 1600x900 and OS Windows 10. Any advice is appreciated!

Outlook 2010 automatically purging messages from the Trash folder after 7 days
We recently switched from using POP3 to access email to IMAP to better manage mailboxes between mobile and office machines (i.e. deleting/sending one one device shows deleted/sent mail on all devices). It is mostly working well for what we need. However, we have discovered that Outlook 2010 is automatically purging messages from the Trash folder after 7 days even though all Trash folder settings I can find are configured not to do so, and the host email server is not doing the purging. Generally, most people don't need to keep the 'Trash' for any amount of time so this wouldn't be a problem, but this is for an insurance agency so we need to keep those messages for a longer period of time just in case they are required for a claim or an audit.
I spoke with the higher tier support at my hosting service and they confirmed that their servers do not have any scheduled purging of deleted messages so it has to be something happening within Outlook but I have not been able to find out what is causing this.
These are the steps I have checked so far:
AutoArchive is disabled for all folders.
There aren't any message rules at all in Outlook, so nothing that would be deleting the items.
File>Options>Advanced>"Empty Deleted Items Folders when Exiting Outlook" box is not checked.
Account Settings>More Settings>Deleted Items Tab is set to move items to the Trash folder on the server but NOT to Purge items when switching folders.
I don't see any other options related to deleted items or purging/archiving anywhere. Please tell me where I can find the settings for this scheduled automatic deletion so I can either extend the time or (preferably) disable it completely so that the Trash folder is only emptied when manually told to do so.

Outlook 2016 Adobe PDF Maker
Hello,
Currently working on an issue with Outlook 2016 Save as Adobe PDF option. We are currently running Office 2016 and Acrobat 2017 on an Windows 2012 R2 RSD server. Users are attempting to use the Save as Adobe PDF option. PDF Maker launches acts as though it will save then does nothing. I did find that giving users local admin rights to the server does resolve the issue (which obviously we don't want as a solution). After I have repaired office, Save as Adobe PDF works for several hours then stops. Users slowly lose access to this option.
I have done the following:
- Repair and Reinstall Adobe
- Repair and Reinstall Office 2016
- Ensure all programs are up to date
- Review permissions on all applications and folder locations to ensure permissions are set
- Confirmed they have permissions to where they are storing the files.
- Reviewed event logs for possible errors
Has anyone seen an issue like this before? I reached out to Adobe on the issue and their response was "Ask Microsoft".

Office 2019 - No Out of Office Message - Exchange 2010

When a User set the Out of Office Assistant in Outlook 2019, the Message would not be saved.
We use also Exchange 2010.
Have any one a idea, what we can do?

Cannot start microsoft outlook. Cannot open the outlook window. The set of folders cannot be opened. The information store could not be opened.
I get this error on all 3 Terminal servers when opening outlook 2013 on random users at random times:
The fix is to click ok and then re-open outlook 3-4 times. Then this error goes away and outlook starts normally.
I cannot reproduse this problem. It mostly happends first time a user logs on in the morning. The PST file is locally on the Terminal Server but the archive files are on a file share that is mapped.
What has been tested:
1.I have reinstalled office on all Terminal Servers
2. outlook.exe /resetnavpane
I welcome every answer and will test whatever is needed.

Outlook 2016 - Moving A Folder In Shared Mailbox Results In Hidden Folder
Hi guys,
I've now encountered three cases of this so I will call this a bug. An end user with a shared mailbox tries to move a folder from Location A to Location B and when it is dropped on Location B the folder disappears. Logging into OWA as the shared mailbox confirms that the folder has been moved successfully but the end user is unable to see it.
- Opening and closing Outlook doesn't result in the return of the missing folder.
- Exchange reports all folders are up to date.
- Resetting Views doesn't fix the issue.
- So far deleting the Outlook profile (OST) and rebuilding it results in 100% success (3 out of 3).
- All three using Outlook 2016.
- Exchange was 2007 and 2010.
If I encounter this again I will try a refresh of Outlook but so far this looks like a bug that has been introduced since Wednesday last week (26/06/2019).

Outlook 2016 only sending and receiving plain text after update
Since the latest Office 2016 update installed on 27 June, Outlook will only send and receive mails in plain text. The setting for 'Compose' is HTML and the 'Only receive in plain text' box is unchecked bout Outlook is ignoring the settings.
Any ideas?
