Line manger Calendar is a Duplicate of my Own Calendar

Hi, im connected to an exchange server via VPN, all was working good on outlook 2010, then i faced issue with calendar with error No Connection for other team member or any other calender's, i found issue was due to auto-discovery file, i found it i add it and all working good with all users EXCEPT , my line manager calendar is a dublicate of my own, same for my employee or My Team Calendar i have 1 user and its calendar also is duplicate of mine, all other calendar showing normally,

i dont know how to figure or diagnose this issue or which log file to search for, while if i use OWA , all is good and everything calendar showing correctly

Missing appointments/meetings

I have been missing all my appointments and meetings over the past month.  I dont know what has changed.  My boss sends me meeting invites and they are in my calendar, but i am missing them over and over and over.  Is there a way for me to be sure that my Windows 10/Outlook 2019 computer will not let me miss meetings anymore?  Please help!!!  What are the best practices/settings for getting reminded that you have an important meeting coming up.

Working Elsewhere not showing in the Outlook 2016 Scheduling Assistant

I have a customer trying to use the option working elsewhere to alert others that she is not in the office and working elsewhere.  Although she chooses that, it still does not show when people attempt to see her free/busy time in the scheduling assistant.  Has anyone had any success using this feature?

We are using Outlook 2016.

CAn not move or copy email in MS Outlook.  PST file is ok.  run in safe mode, same problem, reinstalled MS Office same problem

Using MS Office 2007 and Windows 10 Version 1703 (after updating to 1703 problems started)

many people have this SAME PROBLEM.  What is going on Microsoft????

A FIX is urgent please

Outlook 2013 GPO

Was wondering if there was a GPO for Outlook 2013 that would turn off the options section listed under the File Tab? I have looked in a few places but I have been unable to find a GPO to turn this area off. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

PST on network Share

Hello,

I have a problem on a new company computer (Windows 10 1903 with Office 2019). My client have POP mail and we used to be able to put the PST file on a network share. I know this isn't best practice and isn't supported by Microsoft but for now this is the best we can do to make sure those PST are in the daily backup and that we won't loose any emails if a computer hard drive fail.

On this new computer I can't get Outlook to connect to the PST when it's on the server, I always get the following message:

Can't store Outlook data files under the AppData folder. Please choose another folder

If I put the same PST anywhere on my local disk I don't get this message. Does anyone have a workaround I could use ?

POP3 email in Office 2019 on a Mac

Can someone tell me how to do Pop3 setup?  Every time I try to create a POP3 account it auto creates and IMAP.  I see no way to input manual settings.

Setting up outlook meeting schedule for multiple employees along with rooms reservation

Hi all,
i need one help, i am sharing one scenario please provide me best solution, 
i have number of people who want to use meeting rooms lets say meeting room A or meeting room B , if some people use meeting room A than other people are not allowed to use this room only in that specific time line .., so they use other one .., and if there is meeting is going on in meting room A & B and any other person want to use meeting room in that same time than outlook must show that no room is available so they will schedule their meeting in different time .., 

one thing more, how can i create a calendar that is shown to everyone in the company and everyone can see which time Or Room is available for meeting 

i know how to reserve rooms / Equipment as mentioned in this link https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/office365/admin/manage/room-and-equipment-mailboxes?view=o365-worldwide 

but it is not helpful so much

Suggestion for Outlook Email rule

Hi,

I want to suggest a new addition to the rule actions for when receiving an email. It might already exist, but I can't find it. There is already an action that prints emails when receiving an email that matches the terms set, but would it be possible to make an action that prints out the attachements in the emails. Attachements such as pdf's.

I will appreciate any responces

Outlook.com (Web version) Editing Account Region settings?

Once my Outlook.com (web version) is setup, is there a way to go back to theAdd Details page like the one shown from my image during the first time Outlook.com account creation?  I am going to move to a different location and  I need to change my Country/Region. 

Is there any way to have this exact Add Details page appear again without creating a new Outlook.com account?

policy for blocking subject editing in outlook 2013 i

I need that my users with outlook 2013 can not edit the subject of the emails.

I have researched and disabled the option "allow in-cell editing"

Are 1000 users I need a policy to block this option in all users?

I have installed the outlook ADMX 2013 but I can not find the option

Hi I am using outlook 365 and I am getting this message every time i receive an email

 "mx.google.com rejected your message to the following email addresses:"

Looks like there is some sort of auto reply or loop that apparently the computer tries to send an email from me to someone I dont even know.  Please let me know to fix this problem

Attachment attached automatically on incoming e-mail for the recipient

Hi All,

We are using Exchange 2010 SP3 in our company. Recently one user sent an e-mail to distribution group, one of the member of the distribution group received with attachment (Only one user ). Actually the sender sent e-mail without attachment but one of the recipient got e-mail with attachment. Upon our investigation it has been noticed that the attachment was on the recipients Download folder only but how come it got received by the sender with this attachment. ?

The recipient computer information is shown below.

Windows 7 Enterprise

Outlook 2013

Any idea please .....

Search Folder for emails sent individually to different email address/contacts

Hi guys

On a daily basis, I receive notification emails sent individually to different email address, e.g abc1@ms.com and abc2@ms.com.

I would like to create a unified search folder that captures emails send individually to abc1@ms.com and abc2@ms.com. Can this be done? If I tried to do it with the advanced criteria but it is not showing up.

Outlook appointments unexpectedly change dates

Hi,

we are currently facing the issue that after I move an appointment in Outlook after a few seconds the appointment changes to an all day event. We are using Outlook for Office 365 (16.0.11328.20286) with Exchange Online.

Has anyone else seen this randomly occurring behavior? Any thought for troubleshooting?

Outlook 365 keeps asking for Microsoft account information when I start Outlook (outlook anywhere)

Hi all

I have a client where I set up Outlook Anywhere on an Exchange Server 2016. It works fine with Outlook 365 except for one problem:

every time I start Outlook it asks me to sign in with a Microsoft account:

I don't want to sign in with a Microsoft account so I click the X. Then Outlook works fine. I know it's a small detail, but It's annoying when you can't remove it completely. Everytime I restart Outlook it pops up again.

Does anyone have a solution to this problem? ( I've tried removing all saved credentials found in the control panel, I readded the account, I tried 3 different systems with the same effect on all of them )

Outlook 2019 - Disabling thumbnail preview of Attachments

Outlook 2019 creates a thumbnail preview of my photo attachments instead of just showing an icon for the program that will open the attachment.  The rendering of the photo preview takes several seconds per email (5-10 seconds), and when scrolling from email to email, it significantly slows down Outlook to where it seems like it is stalling.  Is there any way to change it back to the previous icon?  I have turned off attachment preview in the Trust Center, but that didn't change it.

@mentions in Outlook 2016 MSI version

I see a lot of articles about making mentions work in Outlook 2016, and almost all of them discuss keeping Office up to date.

We can't get our users to use the @mentions feature, we use Office 2016 Standard MSI version and on premise Exchange 2016. Client OS is Windows 7 Professional.

Office 2016 is patched up to date via WSUS (I have checked, and no updates are missing). The version of Office shows as 16.0.4849.1000 (32-bit).

What am I missing? I have checked that we haven't disabled anything via GPOs, and the Office install includes all Outlook sub-components (minus the Outlook Templates).

We don't use any Office Online components, ie. we are not logged into Office.com or anything like that.

Quick clarification, we have still got an Exchange 2010 server in our organisation, but all users have been migrated to the new 2016 on premise Exchange server.

I've gone through all options to resolve this -

Trust Center -> Unchecked "Don't Download pictures..."

Moved IE temp folder location

Unchecked placeholder option

Checked AV

Ran online repair

Can anyone help me?  I'm out of ideas and it's extremely bothering.

Is It Possible To Block A Sender Based On The User Email Name?

I have been getting spam from UserName@Website where the website changes but the UserName is the same.  Is there a way to block email based on UserName?  Is it safe to put "UserName@" or "UserName@*" in the Blocked Senders list?  Will that work?
