I then close the client and email is lost forever. Why isn't this saving and what is causing this?

Is it possible to configure Outlook on the Web to prompt where sent messages should be saved? I don't want a Sent folder that contains everything I have sent as this will prove to be a nightmare in the future when trying find messages.
Ideally, I would like to see a dialog that asks which folder the sent message should be saved to.

I have been using template emails to easily pull up a draft email, which we use to respond to website queries, for about 3 years. However, in the past few months I think the templates have been getting corrupted or failing somehow because all of a sudden they won't open.
This seems to only happen to templates with attachments, but I used them for years and I need the attachments.
The files are all less than 5,000 kb in the folder I saved them in (the one I really use is 3,916 kb). However, when I view it in the "choose form" it says it is 4,009,984 bytes (4,009) kb, so it is a negligible difference.
The email is a little lengthy and has 2 attachments totaling about 3 mb, but like I said this worked fine with no issues for 2 1/2 years.
If I go to the folder I have them saved and open them (while outlook is not yet open) they used to open outlook and the email and work fine. However, just recently they will only open the email and reminders (no inbox) and give the message "The attempted operation failed. An object could not be found."
I have tried changing the file->options->advanced->custom forms : maximum space on hard disk to 5048 kb, but that doesn't seem to help. I've also checked for outlook updates and restarted many times.
What can I do to be able to consistently use my templates again?! I use these templates many times a day.
My subscription version of Outlook 2016 in Office 365 inbox has Focused Other. Which I do not want. Not sure why anyone would want it.
I went to the View tab and there is no button to click on to disable that new unrequested feature.
Anyone have a way to turn this off?

I've always used OE for my email client at work and at home, its just what I know. The times... they are a changing. My office just recently purchased MS Office 2010. I'm in charge of learning to use the software before everyone else gets it so that if there are questions...
Anyway, I'm working with the address book from OE to Outlook. In OE I can have groups for sending emails, I can also have folders to either store certain customer groups or email groups in these folders.
I see I have lots to learn for Outlook, it's SO different. Moving my address book to outlook, is there a way to keep those folders with my address groups once moved to outlook?
Is there any online learning tool for Office 2010, we were using Office 2000... Yikes so many changes and lots to learn.
Any Help would be appreicated!

Issue: Most of the time I am in bcc of any mail going out from company, Some time it got automatically sorted by outlook to sub folders. I created folders manually so that after reading mails from inbox i will move them my self but outlook sometime does this automatically. I clear all rules but still the same.
Done all below still issue not resolved.
Configured profile again
Checked from OWA nothing in it
Checked from server no rule from shell for any user as well
Checked using MFcmapi & clear all hidden rules as well
Added new rule where I am in not in to >> drop in inbox
Nothing in the global rules

While outlook365 has its conveniences there is still the issue with spam emails to contend with. Previously, using Exchange server(s) I was able to influence how much spam was received by entering into and using free public blacklist services (Spamhaus.org, etc.) MS Exchange server to help filter in coming content. While not perfect, this ability helped to greatly reduce spam.
Is the ability to enter spam filtering services (like spamhouse.org) in Outlook365? If so where do I enter the information in outlook365?

I'm running Windows 10 1903 with all the latest patches and a clean install of Office 2019 with all the latest patches. I have multiple outlook profiles. I used to create a shortcut on the desktop for each profile - e.g. "C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Office\root\Office16\OUTLOOK.EXE" /profile hotmail or "C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Office\root\Office16\OUTLOOK.EXE" /profile work and then drag them down to the taskbar. I had an separate icon for each outlook profile on my taskbar. Now when I attempt to drag a second one to the taskbar it won't let me. I can only drag one down - when I attempt to drag down a shortcut to a different profile I get a red circle with a line through it. Likewise if I attempt to take the outlook shortcut from the menu and pin it to the taskbar it thinks it is already pinned even though one has a /profile on it after the executable.
I had been able to do this with previous installs and I would very much like to do it again.

We got an RDS firm with 8 serveurs and approximately 150 users.
Every day, for some unknown reason, users can not print their emails. I need to rename the outlprnt file to .old then close / re-open outlook and print will work again. The problem is that the next day is the same problem again. Anyone can be touched.
Some users do not even have an outlprnt file and printing works fine.
My servers are in WS 2012 R2 and O365 is up to date in monthly channel.

We have Outlook 2019 setup on a VM that is only used to connect to a POP3 server to gather incoming e-mails. No Exchange involved. It has 7 mailboxes configured.
AutoArchive is configured to purge mail that is older than 2 weeks. There is no actual archiving going on, just purging. This is configured to run every day. (See attached pic for setup)
The problem I'm seeing is that it never actually runs in the day. Since there is no obvious way to see when the scheduled AutoArchive runs, I'm using some VB script to pull the info from the registry that I got from http://www.msoutlook.info/question/856. What I've noticed is that the time that's presented will pass, the event never gets triggered (nothing gets purged), and the timer never resets for the next day. The VB script will show the next time it will run will be in the past.
I am able to run the AutoArchive manually by going into File / Mailbox Settings Tools / Clean up Old Items... / Archive all folders according to their AutoArchive Settings. I then see that things are purged PLUS when I run the VB script, I see the counter is then updated for the future. Unfortunately, the next day, the event will again pass and still no AutoArchive.
This is a new install with hardly anything else on this Server 2019.
Please advise.

My client has this issue whereby when they search for something and then look through the list of results, a collection of emails disappear from the list of results (but not their inbox). The client uses office 2016 on a terminal server and the back end exchange server is Exchange Server 2010 SP3 with Update Rollup 25 for installed. The user is in online mode withn outlook and i have confirmed the issue does not occur in OWA and i have also reinstalled office which has not improved anything, any ideas anyone?
P.S. the user recorded the issue so i have the recording if needed but not sure where i can attach.
I cannot open Microsoft Outlook. I click on Microsoft Outlook (just downloaded to my new laptop) and I get this error message:
