I installed Ms office 2011 in mac book pro a couple of days ago. I need to transfer emails from apple mail to outlook 2011. I see import option for apple mail in outlook import wizard. So hoe can I import apple mail emails in outlook without any data loss
as these emails are of great importance.

I am trying to import from Apple Mail (OSX Lion) to Outlook 2011. I choose Apple Mail from the Outlook import menu (all items are checked --- accounts, mail, contacts etc) but all I get imported into Outlook is an empty "Mail Import" File.

Outlook digitally signed email from another email adress - no warning?
Today i received a digitally signed message from person A but it was signed from person B and Outlook wasnt warning.
Yes, the certificate is correct but it doesnt belong to the senders mail adress. I found no option to force Outlook to crosscheck that... Outlook version 2016 MSO 16.0.4738.1000 32bit
Any ideas on that?

Outlook block Jpeg
Can outlook2016 block all jpeg images, or at least until I want to open them on a per email basis? (I want to block spam emails with inappropriate jpegs attached) If not maybe you know of an add in that can achieve this?
I have already set the trust center settings to "don't download any pictures...", but the occasional jpegs are still coming through...

In my organization recently a secretary has sadly passed away.
Now we want to cancel all meetings that have been send by her, but we do not want that people in the meeting get a notification email with the secretary name.
Is that possible?

Categories in outgoing e-mail
I updated to Outlook 365 and now when I categorize incoming e-mail, if I respond or forward, the category does not get added automatically to the outgoing e-mail. In a previous versión I managed to solve the problema by changing the registry (see https://www.msoutlook.info/question/41).
But this solution does not seem to work with Outlook 365. Any ideas?

Outlook Reading Pane viability
i just purchased a new Surface Note 2. Installed the Office line of products.
i have an Outlook question. On all my other desktops with Outlook 2016 I have a set of buttons on the "preview pane"
that say Reply, Reply All, Forward (I have a picture but Microsoft won't let me paste it until my account is verified. Yet, of course, MS makes no mention any f'ing where on how to "verify" my account.
Yet on this laptop it is not there and i can't figure out how to get these buttons/quick launch links to appear at the top of the reading pane, above the senders email address and subject line.
Can anybody give me a detailed instruction on how to turn this visability on.

How to modify the timestamp in a msg file?

Do you know how to modify the timestamp in a msg file which was saved from Outlook Inbox. The mail subject and body are able to be modified by selectingActions - Edit Message. But it looks like the mail timestamp and the To/Cc are not able to be modified.

mail encryption warning
Hello Outlook Pro's!
When i answer to a encrypted email, so the mail from me is also encrypted.
When i answer the email, but add a second recipient where i don't have the public key, outlook warns me "encryption problems". Then i had the option to send the email unencrypted. And that's okay so!
Is there any solution, that the message does not appear and the message will be send automatic unencrypted?
I had install Office Professional Plus 2016 with Exchange 2010.

Outlook 2016 How to completely clean out an email account.
Had Outlook 2016 complaining it could not find a pst file. I tried deleting the account and the pst file that Outlook could not find.
Outlook created a new account emailaccount(1) but Outlook still looks for emailaccount pst file. How can I create an email account without the (1) and a new emailaccount.pst?

Outlook 2016 - Option to turn on/off Focused Inbox is missing
My subscription version of Outlook 2016 in Office 365 inbox has Focused Other. Which I do not want. Not sure why anyone would want it.
I went to the View tab and there is no button to click on to disable that new unrequested feature.

Microsoft Office Outlook help please
I keep getting the following error message when trying to delete emails to clear up space:
The file ..... outlook.pst has reached its maximum size. To reduce the amount of data in this file, select some items that you no longer need and then permanently delete them etc.
Unfortunately, this does not work. I get the same error message as above. I am unable to move any emails, unable to open in safe mode etc. NOTHING is working.
I am NOT good at computers at all and have no it background. I have been doing searches all day and I think I am making things worse. Can anyone help me? Thank you

Hi,
Is there a way to compress the database file that Outlook uses and where would I find this file? I did a SEARCH FOR "*.pst" and could not find it.
For some weird reason lately it is taking longer to access the outlook application to open the email than it use to be.
