Some members of my office are currently using increidmail as their main e-mail source. However, since we purchased Office 2010, many of them would like to switch to outlook. What ways are there to convert incredimail e-mail files over to outlook.

How to remove Microsoft Office Outlook from Search Index Option
Hi,
We are running Office 365, and in the Search Index Option we have Microsoft Office Outlook and Microsoft Outlook both checked. Microsoft Office Outlook when checked causes random pop up error message that there is no Outlook Mail Client. How do I remove this location without manually un-checking it? I need to fix it enterprise-wide.

MS Outlook 2019 Attachment File exceed limit 20M , but can't found office/16.0 to edit Dword! HELP!

My Microsoft office outlook version 2019,when i want to attach the file over 20M is not allow and pop up error message cause max upload file allow is 20M only. i already try edit on Regedit but i can't the see any office folder under
Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft

How to disable Calendar reminders for secondary accounts/mailboxes
We have a couple of users that manage mailboxes/calendars for other users.
The addional mailboxes are added using the "Add Account" option. This method is chosen because one of the requirements is that mail sent on behalf of someone else is stored in that specific accounts Sent Items, not in the Sent Items of the current user.
Now that user gets all meeting reminders for all calendars she manages. Is there a way tot disable those reminders and only keep her own Calendars reminders ?

Update pre-existing entries for: calendar shows the organizer's name instead of the subject
Hello,
We have a law firm using a shared calendar in office 365 named "Case Calendar" and all the entries were showing up with organizers name vs the subject of the event. We addressed this using this article: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/exchange/troubleshoot/calendars/calendar-shows-organizer-name
Fortunately, it resolved all new entries, however, the client is wondering if we can systematically change all pre-existing entries on the calendar as the PowerShell change we made from that article did not process the existing events.
Any advice if this is possible would be wonderful.

How to color code emails only where you are in a group
How can I setup and color code email to where it will only work if I am part of a email group? If I am not part of an email group then show regular.
I get so many emails a day to where I am in a few GAL who are sent to lot of people, how can i color code just those emails?

Outlook 0365 desktop version - slow to expand folders
Hello everyone,
One of my user has many folders inside folders in her Inbox. She likes to move her emails to these folders and subfolders by right click on an email and select Move, then she has to expand her folders which takes a long time to expand as she has many folders and subfolders. In Outlook 2010, expanding folders is very quick. OWA does not have this issue. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Cannot search for mail within the past two weeks
I have an email from a person I received yesterday. I can see it clearly in my inbox. When I search that person's name, it will not pull up that email received in my search results. It will however return results from that sender from 2 weeks ago and before that.
It seems like my search filter doesn't not find any email items that have been received within the last two weeks.

Question Regarding Insights from MyAnalytics
Hello Guys,
We have enabled E1 - Office 365 License for users in a specific location. As Insights from MyAnalytics is included in the plan. We have enabled that as well.
We have also added the Add-in to the Microsoft 365 admin center.
But not everyone are able to view the Add-in on their Outlook ribbon.
Can anyone suggest.

Using Office 365
For some of my contacts (not all), in the reading pane I see this message
Item contains active content that cannot be displayed in the reading pane. Open the item to read its contents.
I am not using Exchange.
I am using a custom form.
I have created a new profile, cleared the form cache, tried a new form, re-indexed, started in safe mode, started using /cleanviews, created a new data file, repaired Office (quick and full), deleted the Frmcache.dat file, tried to reset the forms on command line, and applied different forms. Nothing so far works. When I create a new contact using the same form, the data appears no problem.
I have ready through multiple items online and I think tried all the options.
Any suggestions? I'm thinking it has something to do with my custom form but that is a guess.

Outlook security alert
Hi,
Our SSL certificate is expired today, but we renewed it two days ago.
Today, Outlook pops up a security warning for all user saying "The security certificate has expired or is not yet valid." I clicked the "View Certificate" button, it shows the old certificate.
I checked the local computer certificate store and found the old certificate is in the trusted store, I removed it, but it didn't help. Outlook still remembered the old certificate.
OWA is fine and the certificate is updated.
Need help!

Outlook profile cross-platform for POP configurations ...
I have both Outlook for mac (2016) and Outlook for Windows (2019) on a dual-boot (bootcamp) configuration.
Primarily use Outlook for mac to download and save my emails (just email) with my email provider setup for POP as well as the same account setup in Outlook for mac. I basically have it download my inbox and sent items and then the email provider copy winds up in the trash after download is complete.
I like this setup, and prefer it over IMAP.
My question: is it possible to put my entire outlook profile folder on a shared partition (such as an exfat), and also use outlook in windows to read/manage my emails from the same profile that outlook for mac uses ?
In this case, both windows-based and mac-based outlooks would be setup to point to the single instance of the profile which would reside on an exfat partition. And there would be NO simultaneous access to the profile (either windows is using it, or macOS is using it, but never both at the same time).

Outlook - Sent emails keeps a copy in Drafts folder
We've seen this issue several times. The end-user sends an email, it goes through, but keeps a copy in the Drafts. They may have several devices connected to their Exchange mailbox, but we've shut them off and the issue persists. Can't figure it out.

how to make Outlook 2019 not show 'supposed to be hidden' folders??
We recently set up a new Citrix 7.x farm/site and Outlook 2019 for a few people shows way more folders than it should, e.g. AllContacts, AllItems, AllPersonMetadata, etc. etc.
How do we make Outlook 2019 not show these folders??

Outlook 2019 prompts for Office 365 password but we have Exchagne on premises
We are NOT using Office 365, we have Exchange 2016 on premesis.
Yet one user gets a prompt to log on to office 365 about ten times a day! If she cancels and ignores it, she can work for a while, then Outlook comes up with the Need Password prompt. She clicks on it, gets the Office 365 prompt again, cancels it... etc
What's going on?

Default from address Shared mailbox Outlook 2013
Hi,
We use Outlook 2013 and Exchange 2013.
In Outlook we have out own personal Exchange account and a (pushed) shared mailbox.
When we create a new email the default emailaddress is the personal emailaddress.
We would like to have the shared mailaddress as default.
Is that possible? (without using 3rd party tools)

How to show email address not just name in From and To fields

I've recently updated from Outlook 2003 to 2010 and now I can't see email addresses in the reading pane and print outs anymore, just the name of sender and recipient.
Basically the reading pane shows this:

"Recover items recently removed from this folder"
Recently, I encountered issues of emails (inbox, outbox or inside folders) being deleted and they went directly into the "recover items recently removed folder" instead of the "deleted folder" on the Company PC. My I.T checked and said that there are no setting that will auto delete emails and the log recorded there was a "soft delete" which showed deleted emails from the inbox folder to the "deleted items" folder to "recover deleted items" window? Since there is no deletion on those emails, how did emails ever get deleted and move straight to "recover deleted items" window? Please help if anyone experience the same issue here?
