Windows 10 Outlook 2016 error 0x800ccc0f

Outlook is not sending certain emails with file attachments. It dose not matter if it is a .PDF or .XML or .jpeg Outlook will error and not send the email. This dose not happen all the time but it is frequent enough to be an issue. For example, an end user tries to send an email with a file attachment and it will not go through right away but after several hours the email pushes through. Or the email never sends and we have to recreate the email and it will sometimes send the recreated email and others it gets stuck in the out box with the error. Our IT department has already done the following possibilities and the issue remains. 

Steps to get rid of Outlook error 0x800ccc0f:
1. Check Your Internet Connection
2. Switch Off Anti-virus Software
3. Switch Off the Windows Firewall
4. Increase the Server Timeouts Setting in Outlook
5. Run Outlook in Safe Mode
6. Repair Outlook PST Files

We have noticed that all end users operating on OS build 1809 do not have any issues. Everyone who is operating on OS build 1903 or 1909 are having issues. There weren't any issues a few months ago. Is there a bug in a office update or windows update?

Outlook 2016 - Address book, contacts problems

There are no contacts listed in the address book of my outlook 2016 IMAP but click on the 2 faces, bottom left corner in outlook and all the contacts appear. If I try and add a contact by right clicking on an email address, then I get only an option to add to favourites and no option to add to address book. This computer has Windows 2016 Home installed.So, in short, all my contacts appear as favourites but none appear in the address book, which is set to Contact (this computer only).

I recently bought a new computer and Office 365.  Outlook did not import my subfolders. 

How do I get my calendar and contacts also did not transfer.

How can I get the subfolders imported into Outlook, and import calendar and contacts.

Office-Outlook-Word Activation TPM Error?

I have contacted O365 support they could not fix as of today so I thought I would post here see if anyone could help.

2 Brand New Dell Presion 7730 laptops

New install windows 10 pro 1809 all updates have been done.

I subscribe each user to O365 business so I could download and install outlook , word, excel, etc..

Works no issue on one Laptop on the other I keep getting this error I have googled this and found alot of things tried several of them uninstalling TPM driver , updated the securiy processor TPM firmware and others ...Help anyone know how to fix this??

I keep getting the TPM has Malfunctioned error code 80090034

Outlook 2010 Cannot open meeting item "(meeting name)" You do not have appropriate permissions to perform this operation

Hello All, 

I am looking for some assistance with outlook 2010. I have a user that receives metting invites created from our webex plugin. When the user receives the invites it gives him the following error: Cannot open meeting item "(meeting name)" You do not have appropriate permissions to perform this operation.

I attempted to troubleshoot the issue. I started his outlook in safe mode and he was able to open it without the error, so I was thinking an add-in was causing the issue. I disabled the add-ins one by one and the issue still occurred. I also found that he only gets the error when it is unread and he tries to open it the first time. If it has a status of read he can open the invite without issue, but as soon as you mark it unread again it presents him with the same error. 

Again this only seems to happen with meetings scheduled from Webex Teams add-in. The error does not occur on a newer version of outlook such as O365. Nor does it occur when scheduling meetings with the user outside of the webex add-in. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Microsoft Outlook 16.33 (new Design) issue with addresses/ contacts

Hello,

I switch to the new design to give outlook a new try as my daily mail tool but I can't view my gmail contacts / addresses. My partner working also with the new design and of course with gmail as email provider and it works. Anyone an idea to fix it?

Outlook added a "spam" folder

I recently noticed that I have 2 spam folders - one is the original "Junk" folder and a new one called: spam.  How do I get rid of the second one as I don't need it and it doesn't follow the rules and keeps putting emails from one of our vendors in the spam folder.  

Secondly: how can I get the "Junk" folder to stay at the top of my folders like Drafts, Sent and Trash?  I was able to do it on a older version but the 2016 makes me move it every time I open Outlook.

Autodiscover for IMAP account on Outlook 2016/2019

Does new Outlook 2016/2019 (or Office 365 Outlook) supports autodiscover for IMAP email accounts?

I have domain and configured mail server on this domain. Also I have configured autodiscover for this domain with https://<domain>/autodiscover/autodiscover.xml, that generating XML response for requested email accounts with protocol types IMAP, SMTP, POP3.
I checked my autodiscover with https://testconnectivity.microsoft.com/  - everything is OK, and Outlook 2010 successfully detects mail settings (without any warnings).
But when I type email address on the add new account screen in Outlook 2016/2019 - Outlook does not request autodiscover.xml for domain, then it suggests me to select account type, and if I select "Exchange" - it requests autodiscover.xml, but does not take this settings.
SSL for domain and for mail protocols use valid trusted certificates.

Automatic Replies Turning Off when Outlook is closed

I have an issue with a user who sets up an Auto Reply, sets a date range, types in text for both internal and external replies and the replies work fine.  As soon as Outlook is closed, however, the auto-replies stop.  On opening Outlook, it's as if the auto reply never existed.

If I leave Outlook open so that Auto Reply stays on, eventually it shuts itself off after ~5 mins or so.  

I opened my own auto reply in my own Outlook app, and although it was no longer set to send, the previous auto reply I had set up was still showing.

I've collected the log files but don't see where I can add them here.

I've checked Event Viewer and see nothing anomalous in there.

I'm wondering if there is a conflict with web app or a phone app somewhere.  We do use OWA in our environment.  I logged the user out of OWA but that did not change Outlook's behavior.

Microsoft Outlook

We are using Microsoft outlook 2013 Standard. We have two users who have access to their own personals mailbox and then access to the same shared mailbox in exchange.

When one person click on their personal inbox and clicks on new email, the from field shows their personal email address. If the person is in the secondary shared mailbox and then they click new email, the from automatically puts the shared mailbox email address.  The person who just got this setup for the shared mailbox is wanting this setup as well. I cannot find a feature in outlook that would set this up.

How would I go about setting this up as I cannot figure out how the old IT person set this up.

Can't send attachments using Outlook 2019

I upgraded from Outlook 2007 to Outlook 2019 Pro. Windows 10. Exchange 2013 server. All emails with attachments bounce back (full error message below). I can send attachments using the same account with Outlook 2007 and the web app. The problem is only with Outlook 2019. The ISP says its on Microsoft's end. Microsoft wants me to pay for support for this basic functionality. Any guidance is appreciated.

Outlook shared resource room calendar issues not showing free busy for one user

Have:

Windows 10, outlook point to click 2016, sync'd o365 account

issue is when i click on some resource rooms I do not see free busy and when i reproduce with OWA all it says for some is "unavaialble"

with in my outlook some calendars doa  refresh and show:

Looking for a fix, have case open with MS for months now. Have had our admin on prem reproduce issue by connecting to my mailbox from his computer (win 10) and no issues as well as within  owa.

User's Outlook calendar has busy appointments not created by user

A user just opened a ticket with us (IT) because her Outlook calendar suddenly has a bunch of appointments in it starting this week and continuing for the next 5 weeks where it just shows "Busy" in the description. These are the user's own appointments, not a viewing of someone else's calendar. The user states she did not input these appointments. There are anywhere from 5 to 8 of these each week, at a different day and time for each appointment (not recurring). The user is afraid to delete them since she did not create them and wants us to "fix" this. I do not understand what would cause this. We use Office 365 to host our email. The user is using Office 2016 on her PC but these appointments also show the same in OWA. I opened her mailbox in OWA and I am seeing the same thing as the user. Can anyone tell me what would cause this? I tried to Google it but just keep getting stuff about appointments in someone else's calendar showing as "busy" due to permissions.

Forwarding an email to a recipient then moving it

Hello,

I am currently having trouble setting up a rule where I would like the following to happen, 

1. Any email received with the subject containing "123" gets forwarded to a specific recipient "J.Citizen"

2. Any email received with the subject containing "123" gets moved to a specific folder "123"

Part 2 always happens but Part 1 doesn't

When I set up the run and select "run rule on messages already in inbox" then parts 1 and 2 both happen

 Any ideas?

Outlook365 ATP If junk email is turned off, will ATP forwarded emails still go there ?

Outlook365 ATP___If Outlook365 junk email is turned off, will ATP mail, forwarded to Junk folder  still go there ?

So if   Don't move email to my Junk Email folder

is checked in,

Office Outlook365,

My accounts,

My account,

Settings,

Mail,

Accounts,

Block_or_allow,

will suspected  ATP  bad email still be sent to the Junk email folder ?
